Hello,

Welcome to the official website of Les Charlots !

If you want to know who we are, what we do, which trips we have done and will do, etc ... this is the place to be !  

 

 

 Back in 2002 some colleagues of a major IT company started to have an early warning of a midlife crisis :-)

 One of them had a beautifull MG car and the others had bought a motorbike the past few years or even very recently. They now were wondering what to do with them besides driving their engies to work !

 In the beginning of the year a very kind colleague of them  had left the company because he returned to the UK with his wife and kids.  Sanjay indeed left us to go and live in Bedford.  And this is where the idea grew to visit him. This became our virst trip : 'UK 2002'

 After some lobying with our wives, we managed to get the idea sold and off we were for our first trip ... 'Les Charlots' was born !

 Due do circumstance, Michel unfortunately missed out on the next trip - 'Le Sud 2003' - but did not mis any of the following ones

 In the beginning this 'confrerie' started off very basic with only 1 aim : a yearly trip of a few days among friends.  After some time however,  this became more serious and Olivier, Jacques, Michel and Patrice  decided to establish a constitution to regulate membership,  the monthly meetings and daily contributions.  Since 2006-2007, after some voluntary efforts the years before, the group is also looking for sponsorship.  So if you think this is a great idea and want to contribute to our success ... do not hesitate to contact one of us !
